This comfortable villa offers magnificent views of the ocean and landscape. The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable white sofas and opens onto the terrace, pool, and view. The modern, well-equipped kitchen is located just behind the living room, while the dining room is located on the covered terrace near the pool. The master bedroom, which is connected to the living room, offers a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with tub, and opens to the terrace with an ocean view. The second bedroom, located downstairs, has its own bathroom, private terrace, and separate entrance. A third bedroom has a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have comfortably designed furniture and air conditioning. The heated pool, with its surrounding terrace, is well positioned to enjoy the sun and ocean breezes. The house also has WiFi, a sound system, and French satellite TV. Villa Au Coeur du Rocher comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children, but pets are not allowed.
