Living Spaces: The spacious main bungalow at Blue Swan Villa is home to the living room, dining and kitchen, which can be closed off and fully air-conditioned. The wooden floors are from a centuries old French barn, and the large glass doors open to the ocean view. The living room features a pair of soft sofas in front of a coffee table of reclaimed wood. A grand piano in the corner enhances the elegance of the room. It’s an ideal space for a quiet coffee, afternoon nap, or some conversation with friends and family. Kitchen and Dining Room: Next to the living room is Villa Blue Swan’s gourmet kitchen, ready to handle any culinary challenge thrown its way. Dividing the kitchen from the covered terrace is a breakfast bar, which seats 6 guests and is a great spot for a quick bite before slipping into the pool. Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Blue Swan, tranquil spaces to relax and recharge at the end of each day. Each room comes with air-conditioning, an ensuite, and stunning views over the ocean. The master bedroom at Villa Blue Swan is in the main building, accessed via the covered entryway to the property. Inside is a plush king-sized bed that promises a lovely night’s sleep, while a vibrant painting and mosaic window bring in a dash of fun and life. Bedrooms two is in a separate bungalow, a few steps below the first. The third master bedroom is below the pool and offers more privacy. These 3 bedrooms come with a European king-sized bed, closets, connected TVs and ensuite bathrooms with shower. The 4th bedroom is off the parking and smaller than the others, and has a queen sized bed, a small closet and a covered outdoor bathroom with shower. Outdoor Features: Just outside the main room, on the covered terrace, is a breakfast bar; a great spot for a quick bite before slipping into the pool. The central masterpiece is the inviting infinity pool. This is a magnificent spot to cool off during the day, with uninterrupted views over the rolling hills with Le Pain de Sucre island and the shimmering ocean beyond. There’s even an enticing swim-up bar, a nice spot to shake up a tropical cocktail and toast to your vacation. Surrounding the pool is the generous deck, with plenty of covered space for relaxing in the shade. Loungers are also scattered around the area, offering a nice spot to sunbathe or get some work done poolside , on the high-speed fibre-optic internet connection. At the edge of the terrace is a lounge underneath a gazebo, a prime location to enjoy a stunning St. Barts sunset. The popular Shell Beach at Gustavia is only a 5-minute drive.
