There’s a BBQ in a lovely little side yard, and a “pass-through” kitchen window has a wide ledge and two stools. Voilà, a bar! The grill master and their companion can be kept hydrated and happy. The kitchen segues into an open dining area where a long table would be the perfect spot for puzzles and board games. Glass sliders galore open to a sprawling bi-level deck with a wealth of sheltered outdoor living and dining spaces. An extra-long heated infinity pool is the focal point of the lower deck and is ideal for sunning and lolling about. All 3 en suite bedrooms have a water view. The master, housed in its own pavilion, is closest to the main house and features a covered terrace. It boasts not just a window seat, but a couch set into a bay window that looks out to the sea—just the spot to curl up with a Kindle. There’s a dressing room and ample closet space. The bath is beautifully appointed and includes a private WC. A stone path leads to a long pavilion that houses the two equally sized — and lovely—guest bedrooms in separate pavilions.
