Description: Villa Nocean, also known as WV NOC, is a contemporary 2-bedroom villa located in Mont Jean. This villa within a gated community enjoys gorgeous sea views. Villa WV NOC was designed for outdoor living. The focal point is a large infinity swimming pool, which divides the outdoor living area into separate sections. Located on the far side is a semi-open pavilion, which serves as a dining area. Sliding glass doors partially protect this area from wind or rain. On the other side of the pool is an outdoor living room, which also features glass sliding doors. A separate seating area is placed in front of the kitchen. The spacious terrace offers the perfect setting for sunbathing nearly all day long. The cozy, open indoor living room can also be protected from the elements with glass sliding doors. The modern kitchen has a pass-through window (ideal for entertaining). The first bedroom is located just off the living room. This bedroom offers ocean views, a separate hallway bathroom, and twin beds, which can be pushed together to make a king-size bed. The second bedroom is situated in a separate bungalow. This slightly larger bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and partial views. The deck with loungers frames the private pool, which faces the spectacular view. This villa also comes with air-conditioning, WiFi, U.S. and French satellite TV in the living room. Villa Nocean, or WV NOC, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
