Description: Villa Panoramique, also known as WV TST is a 3-bedroom villa that sits atop of a hill separating the Grand, and Petit Cul de Sac lagoons, and offers great views of the surroundings. Villa Panoramique, was named for the fact that there are great views from all corners of the house. Situated at the top of a hill dominating Petit Cul de Sac, it also offers views of the more animated Grand Cul De Sac lagoon with all its hotels and restaurants, as well as impressive hillside views. The hilltop also offers maximum privacy and calm and is an ideal setting for a family vacation. The main house includes the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The living room looks out over the lagoon on one side, and the pool on the other. Its comfortable seating and the adjacent dining area can either be cooled by the breezes when the sliding doors on both sides are opened, or in the comfort of air-conditioning with the doors closed. The fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen connects to the living, and which has a small kitchen island for casual conversations while cooking. The spacious master bedroom has warm wooden floors, and offers beautiful views from the king-sized bed. It also has a separate dressing and an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a private terrace. Two other bedrooms are situated in a separate bungalow on the other side of the pool. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, and are ideal for a couple with children, or to be shared by teenagers. The main bedroom in this bungalow has a European king-sized bed, and access to a private, very cozy terrace overlooking the Grand Cul De sac lagoon. The other bedroom is slightly smaller and has a queen bed. A large pool with plenty of sun areas sits in between two units, with views over the Petit Cul De sac lagoon, but also partially protected from the trade winds. The multiple terrace spaces were designed to offer sun or shade at any time of day, and protection from wind, sun or even rain, when needed. Villa Panoramique is an ideal vacation house for a family with children or teenagers but will also suit two couples traveling together. Villa Panoramique comes with house cleaning service six days a week (except on holidays). During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
