Description: Villa Ventura, also known as WV VUA is a 2-bedroom villa located in Lurin and is in an extremely convenient location for restaurants and different beaches in the area. The entrance to the villa is shared with sister villa Indyana but has its own parking in front of the main door. From there a small path takes you to the main entrance of the villa. You will find an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and kitchen island facing the pool. The main living space can be totally opened on the outside by opening the sliding windows but also by opening the sliding doors of the two bedrooms. The bedrooms are located on each side of the living room and each have access to the terrace. The exterior consists of a beautiful terrace with space to dine, a corner to relax in the outdoor sofas, a barbecue, deckchairs for sunbathing, a guest toilets, and a heated pool. There is a partial view of the sea, but mainly the view is of the beautiful hilly island with changing light during the day and the nature around the villa. A 3rd bedroom located in an independent studio just below the villa is available on request (beds can be turned into two separate single beds). Ventura can also be rented with sister villa Indyana. Villa WV VUA comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
