Description: Villa Nolen is a recently renovated villa in the hills of Grand Cul de Sac, with 4 bedrooms and ocean views. Villa Nolen was previously in our rental program as a 1-bedroom villa and was fully-renovated after hurricane Irma to 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The hillside above the Grand Cul de Sac offers beautiful views of the lively lagoon and the ocean beyond, as well as cooling breezes. This Caribbean-style villa has arched doorways and offers local touches in a contemporary setting. The main level has a rear terrace with a large dining table that connects to the pool area with loungers and a daybed in the sun. The large, shaded terrace in front of the villa is an ideal place to cool off and offers ample seating. Through the typical arched doorways, the open main room is cooled by the natural breezes and ceiling fans, and has a cozy seating area as well as a modern kitchen with a breakfast island. The master bedroom is just off the living room and comes with a European king-sized bed, a large his-and-hers dressing area and ensuite bathroom with shower. The other three bedrooms are on the lower level and can be accessed from both parking and pool side of the house. The first bedroom has a European king-sized bed and a Caribbean, ensuite bathroom. This bathroom connects and is shared with the kid’s room with two twin beds. This middle room also connects to the third room, which has a European king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. A large, covered terrace stretches out in front of all three rooms and can be an ideal spot to take a nap. Villa Nolen is an ideal villa for families with children and will also suit one or more couples vacationing together. Villa Nolen comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. * Note - During the Bucket, the villa can only be rented as a 4-bedroom.
