Behind the second bedroom is a secluded seating and lounging area, where one can enjoy the afternoon sun sheltered from stronger breezes. A small fitness room, equipped with cardio and weight equipment, is wedged in between the bedrooms. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
