About LUMIERE
Located high on the hillside above Flamands Beach, in a few minutes you can be lying on the sand of any one of the nearby beaches. Gustavia and St. Jean are also just a short drive away. As an added bonus, an excellent bakery/patisserie and a restaurant are a short walk from the house.
This strip of golden sand and turquoise blue water is one of the prettiest beaches on St. Barts. St. Jean Beach is also close by, just 7 minutes away by car. For something more secluded, Colombier Beach is a 25-minute trek, accessible only on foot or by boat.
A number of restaurants are within easy reach on Flamands Beach. A number of popular beachside restaurants and shops can be found in St. Jean, while Gustavia is filled with renowned restaurants and designer boutiques. Both are just a short drive from the villa.
This villa is a non-smoking property. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. *Note - refundable $1,000 security deposit for any rentals over 7 nights
