Welcome to Villa Marie, a stunning 2-bedroom villa nestled in the lush green zone of Camaruche, St. Barts, with breathtaking ocean views. From its hillside perch, Villa Marie is all about embracing the good life on St. Barts. The graceful interiors feature beautiful art on the walls, warm wood tones, and boho-chic furnishings.
The elegant dining table is more suited to formal dinners, with seating for up to 6 guests next to the living room. The bedrooms at Villa Marie, each offer every comfort and the utmost privacy. Both come with a luxurious king-sized bed and splendid views over the ocean.
The first bedroom is behind the kitchen, with a spacious bathroom and a private dressing area. The master bedroom is in front of the pool on the lower level. This room has a TV, a dressing area, an ensuite bathroom, and a shower that opens to the outside.
The master bedroom also has a small kitchenette, which can serve as an auxiliary kitchen for the pool area. A spacious sundeck wraps around both sides of the living area, with plenty of spots to enjoy the Caribbean sun. In the back is a tropical garden, filled with colorful orchids and a comfortable seating area.
Five minutes in the other direction is the quiet and secluded Marigot Bay Beach and the shops and restaurants in St. Jean are less than 10 minutes away. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
