Villa Matajagui is built on the hillside above Flamands Beach, offering sweeping views of the ocean, the surrounding mountains, and offshore islands. The sand is a short walk away, while all the amenities you could want, from shopping to fine dining, are within a short drive. Spread over two levels, Villa Matajagui enjoys an open-plan design and interior spaces that open wide to the outdoor terraces.
With its position above Flamands, the sunset views are gorgeous, with golden-orange colors unfolding across the sea and sky. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. * Please Note- A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required. This house is located directly above the road at a crossing, and therefore there is some road noise.
