About Fregate
Castaway to Villa Fregate, a stunning 4-bedroom villa located cliffside in Pointe Milou, St. Barts. This gorgeous island villa enjoys exquisite and uninterrupted ocean views and year-round sunsets, all within minutes of several hotels, beaches, and shopping. Villa Fregate features plenty of traditional island charm, with the interiors awash with warm terracotta hues, cozy antique furnishings, and open-plan living spaces.
The bedrooms at Villa Fregate are arranged bungalow style on either side of the central living area. All come with wonderful ocean views and direct access to the outdoor terrace. To the right side of the home are three bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed (one of which can be converted into a pair of twins).
The fourth bedroom is on the other side of the property, featuring a queen-sized bed. All four bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms and screens across the windows. Only the master bedroom has a TV.
These tranquil and pristine sweeps of sand are among the best in St. Barts, with silky shores and crystalline waters for swimming. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
