Welcome to Villa Acai, a charming 3-bedroom villa overlooking the bay of Flamands, St. Barts. If you were to picture a classic St. Barts home, this is what you would see; an elegant mix of understated luxury and incredible ocean views, within a short walk of a pristine beach. Inside, Villa Acai is well-appointed with all the creature comforts of home.

The views from here are incredible, making this an idyllic centerpiece of Villa Acai. Towards the back of the room is a fully-equipped kitchen, small but functional. It too enjoys great views and plenty of natural light, creating a warm atmosphere for preparing meals during your stay.

The best part about dining in the villa is getting to eat at the long table on the covered terrace outside. From here, the views are immersive, from the sparkling turquoise of the bay to the emerald green of the hills on either side. At sunset, the offshore islands glow gold in the fading light, a romantic backdrop to a gourmet meal.

Two guest suites share a bathroom, with wistful writing desks in the rooms. All three rooms come with either a pair of twins or a king-sized bed. There are three levels of outdoor living spaces at Villa Acai, offering plenty of space for everyone to come together or find their own private corner.

To begin with, a large terrace wraps around the main level of the home, offering ample seating to kick back and admire the yachts sailing along the horizon. On the middle level outside the bedrooms, more seating and another chilled-out dining table make for a good spot to enjoy a casual lunch. Palm trees rustle in the breeze, and the views of the Caribbean are incredible.

A few steps lower is the large sun deck with the heated pool that overlooks a large part of Flamands Beach. The original rock formation of the cliff flanks the pool, grounding you in the rugged landscapes of St. Barts. On the other side, the palm trees and tropical garden provide privacy for days spent relaxing by the water, sunbathing on loungers.
