The villa offers air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Three are located on the main level, including a spacious suite with a private terrace. On the lower level, an independent studio features its own living room, kitchen, fourth bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a terrace opening onto the garden, providing its guests with an appreciable sense of privacy.

During the December holiday the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
