Nestled in the hills above the bay, this villa offers panoramic views over St. Jean and is within minutes of the beach and shopping. Built into volcanic rock, Villa Olive features a lovely blend of teak walkways, sculptural stone walls, and desert gardens.

Cooking here is a pleasure; chef-caliber appliances can handle any culinary challenge thrown their way. Our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion. Sharing the space is the dining room table, letting you stay social while cooking or watching your private chef at work.

Each spacious room features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual rainfall showers. Striking black-and-white photography adorning the walls adds a modern flair. Blending with the chic architecture of the villa, the outdoor living spaces are a real pleasure to spend time in.

Palm trees rustle in the wind, while the landscaped gardens echo the feel of a rugged, tropical desert. A large, heated infinity pool is a stunning feature, seemingly spilling over into the valley below. From its edge, you can enjoy uninterrupted views over the landscape towards the crystalline waters of St. Jean.

Loungers lining the water are the ideal setting for basking in the island sun. A cushioned lounge area is a fabulous spot for an island-style soiree. A wet bar next to the kitchen lets you mix up a punchy tropical cocktail or pop open some champagne to toast to your vacation on St. Barts.

During the December holidays the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms.
