Slip into the island pace of life at Villa Regatta, a beautiful 2-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou, St. Barts. Located within minutes of the beach and shopping, this traditional Caribbean home enjoys incredible ocean views and is a wonderful choice for a tropical getaway. A collection of open pavilions and outdoor terraces, Villa Regatta is all about blurring the line between indoors and out.

Our concierge is also happy to organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef. Next to the living room is an indoor dining table of glass, an excellent setting to enjoy meals with family and friends. Alfresco dinners in the cool evening air are also available, with a second dining table in a pavilion by the pool, complete with a gas grill for island-style cookouts.

The master bedroom is a few steps above the main great room, featuring a large four-poster king-sized bed that looks out over the ocean. A massive door provides soundproofing for the bedroom from the living area, adding extra privacy. A second bedroom, accessible from the pool area, also features a king-sized bed.

Both rooms have ensuite bathrooms. The expansive outdoor terraces at Villa Regatta are the real star of the show. You could easily spend your entire vacation lounging around here, enjoying sun and shade, island breezes, and cool drinks.

The swimming pool is protected, offering a tempting spot for a refreshing dip on a hot day. There are loungers for sunbathing, while palm trees in the courtyard sway in the gentle breeze. A second terrace facing the ocean features yet another dining table, offering the best ocean views in the house.

During the December holiday the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
