Welcome to Villa Santa Alicia, a modern 3-bedroom villa in Flamands, St. Barts enjoying stunning ocean views. Near-constant tropical breezes wash through the home, carried up from the bay below. It's also a short drive to the beach, and a 5-minute drive from shopping and the nearest town.
The breakfast bar faces into the kitchen, a great spot for fresh pastries and coffee in the morning before diving into the pool outside. Formal meals can be held at the dining table on the covered terrace. The bedrooms at Villa Santa Alicia are luxurious spaces with a bold feature wall that enhances their modern character and each have a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom.
The master bedroom is the star of the show, connected to the living room and featuring views over the hills and beach below. The second bedroom is in a separate bungalow, located at the other end of the swimming pool. The third room is on a lower level below the second bedroom.
The terrace is also a great place to entertain guests, with a cozy lounge area on the covered terrace for sunset cocktails. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. * Please Note - Access to the villa is very steep, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required.
