Welcome to Villa Sea Bird 19, a stylish 3-bedroom villa located in the exclusive gated community of Mont Jean, St. Barts. This villa offers dramatic eastern and western views of colorful hues of pink and purple St. Barts sunsets. Inside, open and airy interiors are awash with island charms.
The indoor dining table is an excellent setting for elegant dinner parties, overlooking the ocean outside. The kitchen also opens out to a covered dining area, allowing you to pair your meal with the warm island air and stunning sunset. The airy bedrooms at Villa Sea Bird 19 are private and peaceful, offering a relaxing area to relax and recharge each evening.
The large master bedroom is connected to the living room, featuring a plush king-sized bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom. It also has stunning views out over both sides of the house, letting you wake up with views of the shimmering Caribbean. The guest bedrooms are in a separate cottage on the lower level.
Each with a king-sized bed, TV, ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace overlooking Marigot Bay. Furnished terraces on both sides of Sea Bird 19 Villa offer exquisite views of the ocean, coastline, and undulating tropical hills of St. Barts. Comfortable lounges offer plenty of room to unwind, enjoy a good book, or kick back with a tropical cocktail and enjoy the island breeze.
The swimming pool overlooks the ocean, a fabulous spot for a refreshing dip. Loungers lining the water let you sunbathe in the island rays, or even work poolside. A gas grill also encourages you to host cookouts, frying up some fresh fish or a succulent steak with a golden island sunset.
Nearby, the beaches at Marigot Bay and Grand Cul-de-Sac are both around a 5-minute drive. World-class dining and shopping are available at St. Jean, 10 minutes away by car. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
