A second dining area is located on a screened-in porch, where floor-to-ceiling windows capture panoramic views of the Caribbean and the St. Barts coastline. The bedrooms are designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a soothing, contemporary color palette, soft linens, and ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs.

The primary bedroom is located in a separate unit next to the living area and includes a king-sized bed, ocean views, and a spacious bathroom with both indoor and outdoor showers. A second primary bedroom also features a king-sized bed and opens directly onto the pool terrace. Two additional bedrooms are located above the second primary suite.

One offers views of St. Jean Bay and a king-sized bed, while the other overlooks Salines and includes twin beds that can be configured as a king. The fifth bedroom is situated below the main living area and is accessible via stairs from the terrace as well as a separate entrance from the road. Facing north, the expansive deck and large pool enjoy abundant sunlight throughout the day while maintaining a high level of privacy.

A gentle cascade flows between two smaller pools positioned between the living area and the primary bedrooms, creating a tranquil ambiance. The covered terrace features a comfortable lounge area, while the long swimming pool is ideal for cooling off. Sun loungers line the terrace, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the views.

A poolside gazebo provides additional space to unwind. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
