Ideally located in the hills above Gouverneur beach, Villa Avalon enjoys unrivaled privacy while also being close to the shops, restaurants, and nightlife of Gustavia.
An open-plan great room has a living area, dining table, and gourmet kitchen. In the living room, a large L-shaped sofa is ideal for collapsing on at the end of the day. Sliding glass doors open completely to the outside, letting you enjoy the island breeze.
A flat-screen TV also gives you the option for a cozy movie night inside. The well-equipped kitchen at Villa Avalon allows you to cook with local and French ingredients. The outdoor dining table is a fabulous setting for meals, accompanied by the cooling Caribbean breeze.
The pristine beach at Gouverneur is just a 3-minute drive downhill. Also within easy driving distance are the soft shores at Saline and St. Jean, both considered amongst the most beautiful beaches on the island. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
