C'EST MA VUE

The air-conditioned living room is tastefully decorated. There are dark wooden floors underfoot and vaulted ceilings above, while the wonderfully soft sofa is as luxurious as they come for watching movies on the large projector and drop-down screen. The entire room opens to the pool terrace and spectacular view.

Located a few steps up from the living room is the air-conditioned master bedroom, which has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a large rain shower, and wonderful ocean views. The other two bedrooms are on the lower level and have an outside entrance. Each of these rooms has a four-poster king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, and a private terrace with views of the bay.

On the main level, the swimming pool is the star of the show, inviting you in for refreshing swims at any time of the day. From the edge, the views over St. Jean are incredible, taking in the gentle curve of the beach below. Loungers line the water for sunbathing, all exposed to the sun and ocean breezes.

Also next to the pool is a gas grill, letting you host a cookout and entertain guests in the villa. Downstairs, the two bedrooms share another outdoor dining table, this one more suited to casual meals. A small garden area has more seating options, an ideal spot to kick back with a drink, gazing out at the Caribbean.

The capital Gustavia is 10 minutes by car. During the December holiday the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
