Description: Villa Casa Tua is contemporary, 4-bedroom beachfront sanctuary in Lorient in front of the island’s most popular surf break. Right across the street from the bakery, and right on the beach of Lorient, Villa Casa Tua offers direct beach access as well as freshly baked bread and pastries just steps from the away. A gate separates the road from the small parking area, but once inside the house, you will feel the world fall off your shoulders as you step through the living room and onto the deck in the rear, where the lapping of the waves will be the only sound you hear, unless you're playing music on the villa’s Sonos sound system. Lorient is a popular surfer’s beach, and the main surf break is right in front of the house. The main room has three sections; on one side is a separate media room with comfortable seating, U.S. and French satellite, as well as AppleTV and internet channels, and a Sonos sound system accessible throughout the house. The central area offers two large sectionals with views of the pool and ocean. On the other side is the spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with a large natural stone table with seating for 8, and a television. Outside, flanked by the four bedrooms, is the extended pool and deck and just at the end, above the beach, is a sunken seating area with large benches that can serve as daybeds. Stairs lead down from the deck directly into the sand. The villa sits around 7 feet above water level and offers good privacy. All four bedrooms have a U.S. king-sized bed, ample closet space, U.S. satellite and AppleTV. Both master bedrooms face the ocean but thanks to the double windows, the rooms are quiet havens of peace. The first master has a large open bathroom with a high-tech glass shower that can be fully obscured with the touch of a button. The second master bedroom has a small bathroom with shower but no window. The other two rooms are poolside and slightly smaller. One of the rooms has a larger bathroom with shower and view on the pool, the second is much smaller and has no window. Villa Casa Tua is a great choice for a family beach vacation, but will also suit couples vacationing together.
