Uniquely positioned on the crest of a ridge, this villa enjoys stunning panoramas over St Jean bay. This sanctuary in the hills of St-Jean is a remarkable blend of modern architecture and relaxed island luxury. Cool, limestone floors and airy vaulted ceilings of wood create a cozy vibe. Clad in island prints and wooden accents, the entire atmosphere is elegant, beach-chic. Perched on a ridge above St-Jean, the vistas of the island from Villa Ott are breathtaking. To one side is the gorgeous St-Jean Bay, while in the other direction is the rugged Saline Valley and the sparkling Caribbean Sea. The beaches at St-Jean and Lorient are both just a short drive away. Kitchen and Dining Room: The gourmet kitchen at OTT Villa has everything you’ll need to create gourmet meals. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion. A dining table next to the living room has seats for up to 8 guests, a fabulous spot for elegant dinners. For open-air meals and some more space, a second dining area with seating for 12 is on the covered terrace outside. Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms spread across Ott Villa. The master bedroom is several steps above the main level. Featuring a plush European king-sized bed, two private terraces, small sofa, and a desk with a view, it’s a chic and stylish spot to recharge. A second bedroom on the main level also has a European king-sized bed, as well as a private covered terrace overlooking the pool. The third bedroom is on the garden level, also with a king-sized bed as well as an extra sofa bed. Behind this is the fourth bedroom, with a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has an ensuite with a rain head shower. Outdoor Features: Each room at Villa Ott opens wide to the outdoor living areas, blurring the line between inside and out. Cascading across multiple levels of covered areas and sunny terraces, there’s plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the glorious island weather. A beautiful terrace surrounds the infinity pool, a refreshing spot to cool off during the day. When it’s time to dry off, take your pick from loungers, sunbeds, or a lazy hammock strung between swaying palms. Several more areas are furnished with loungers, offering relaxing spots to kick back with a cool drink or a tropical cocktail. Whatever you do, don’t miss the island sunsets, casting golden light across the islands Île Toc Vers and Île Frégate. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
