Description: Villa Pointe Milou is a newly built 4-bedroom villa in the heart of Pointe Milou, with spectacular views. Brand new in the line-up of villas above the Christopher hotel, Villa Pointe Milou offers the views and spectacular sunsets Pointe Milou is known for. The villa is walking distance of the hotel with its restaurants, spa and pool. The large heated pool dominates the outdoor space which faces the ocean. The deck stretches along the entire length of the villa offering outdoor dining underneath the covered part of the terrace and seating both in sun and shade. Inside the main room is the central space of the house. It’s divided into a living room with comfortable couches and a fully-equipped kitchen with a large island that also serves as a breakfast bar and seats four. The TV with U.S. satellite and Apple TV can swivel between the kitchen and living room and a Sonos sound system allows guests to enjoy music from their own devices throughout the property. On either side of the living room are three nearly identical bedrooms. On the kitchen side are two connecting bedrooms, one of which has a king-sized bed and the other two twins that can be pushed together to make a king. The third bedroom is on the other side of the main room, while the fourth bedroom is on the lower floor and has its own private terrace, both have a king-sized bed. Each bedroom has U.S. satellite and Apple TV, ample closet space, an ensuite bathroom with shower. Next to the fourth bedroom on the lower floor is a small air-conditioned fitness room with a Peloton bike. Villa Pointe Milou is an ideal villa for a family with children, as well as couples vacationing together. Villa Point Milou comes with house cleaning services 6 days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
